Insured collectors for paid jobs
Paid cleanouts go first to collectors who say they carry liability insurance. Ask them for proof before you book.

What it costs
Nothing during the pilot. Later, a fee on paid removals and an optional account for managers with several properties. Free pickups will stay free.
