For people who sell their own work online

Stolen work?
We take it from there.

Whether they lifted your images or rebuilt your whole store, Fjerne finds it, captures the proof, and hands you a notice that's ready to send, with exactly where it goes. Then it keeps watching, because copycats come back.

Not open yet. We will email you when it is, and nothing else.

How it works

Finding the copy is not the hard part

Stolen images

Copycats crop, recolour, mirror and upscale your work, and paint out your signature. We match on the picture itself, so the altered version still comes back. Reverse image search will not find that one.

Cloned stores

Someone rebuilds your shop: your product descriptions, your layout, often your photos too. We compare page against page for copied wording, duplicated structure and shared tracking IDs. Sloppy cloners leave your analytics or pixel ID sitting in the page they copied, which is about as close to a signed confession as this gets.

01

We find it

Both kinds of theft, across marketplaces and independent stores. Point us at a shop you already suspect and we check its whole catalogue and its pages in one pass.

02

We lock the proof

A full-page capture, the page source, cryptographic hashes of both and an independent timestamp. Recorded before the copycat has any idea, because once they know, the page can vanish.

03

We hand it to you, then keep watching

One notice covering every stolen listing from that store, ready to send, with exactly where it goes and what to expect. If it reappears, you hear about it, and the repeat goes on the record.

One takedown covers one site, not one link. If a single store copied twenty-five of your products, that is one takedown, prepared as one notice. No commission, no cut of any settlement, cancel whenever.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does filing a takedown actually work?

Often, and it depends heavily on where the copy is. Marketplaces act on complete reports quickly, sometimes within a day. Independent and offshore stores are slower, and some never respond, which is when search engines and payment providers matter more than the store itself. We cannot promise removal, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is make sure your notice is complete, correctly addressed and backed by evidence, which is what separates the ones that get actioned from the ones that get binned.

What counts as one takedown?

One offending site. Not one link, and not one image. If a single store has taken twenty-five of your products, that is one takedown, because it goes out as one notice listing every infringing URL. It is the same if they cloned your pages rather than lifting your pictures. Charging per link would mean charging you twenty-five times for one piece of work, and it would quietly punish you for being copied more thoroughly.

Someone cloned my whole store, not just my images.

That is covered. Give us your URL and theirs, and we compare the two for copied wording, duplicated page structure, reused image files, shared fonts and shared tracking identifiers. The last one matters most: if their pages still carry your Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or store platform ID, they copied your source rather than merely taking inspiration, and that is very hard to argue with. It also links separate clone shops to one operator, which is what turns several removals into one account termination. Every plan, including the free one, watches one website for clones, and filing against a cloned store counts as a single takedown, the same as any other site.

Isn't this just reverse image search?

No. Reverse image search finds identical re-uploads. Copycats rarely post identical files: they crop, recolour, mirror, upscale and paint out your signature. We match on the picture itself, so the altered version still comes back as a match. That is the version they actually list.

Do I need a lawyer, or my work registered?

No, to both, for filing. You own the copyright the moment you create the work, and that is enough to file a notice. Registration only matters if you ever need to go to court, which almost nobody does. To be clear: we are not a law firm and this is not legal advice. During the beta we prepare the notice and evidence for you, then hand it to you ready to send, with exactly where it goes. Filing on your behalf is coming once we're set up to do that.

What if the copycat disputes it?

They can file a counter-notice, which starts a 10 to 14 business day clock. If you take no legal action in that window, the listing goes back up. We show you the countdown and your options in plain language, so that deadline never arrives as a surprise.

What if they put the listing back up?

You get an alert, and the repeat is recorded. That history is what turns a request to remove one listing into a case for removing the whole store, because platforms are expected to deal with repeat infringers.

What happens when a store just ignores the notice?

We identify who registered the domain, who hosts it and who processes its payments, then work down that list. A store can ignore you. Its payment provider is far harder to ignore.

Do you send anything without asking me?

Never. Every match is reviewed and then shown to you for confirmation before anything is filed. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not seen.

Where do you look for copies?

Point us at any store and we check its whole catalogue in one pass, which is the fastest route when you already suspect someone. Broader marketplace sweeps are rolling out, and we would rather name a marketplace here once it genuinely works than before.

I am not in the US. Does this still work?

Yes. Most of the platforms involved are US-based, so the process applies wherever you happen to live.

How do I add my work?

You upload the images yourself, in the web app. Nothing to install and nothing to connect: it works whatever you sell on and wherever your store is hosted. Direct integrations that import your catalogue automatically are on the roadmap, and we will say so here when one actually exists.
